Iberostar hopes that the Playa Mita hotel could be completed by January 2012, in time for the peak winter 2011-2012 season.
Iberostar Playa Mita hotel will be a 5-star developed on four floors. It will have 456 rooms, all with sea views, of which 168 are suites king, others 168 double suites and 120 junior suites. Of these, 144 are directly on the beach.
